“Awareness is the first step to inclusion”

I became disabled after a successful 12 year teaching career. My goal is to educate the not-currently-disabled general public about barriers to access: because we don’t know what we don’t know. I provide disability inclusion education to teachers, organizations, and school groups. I consult with school systems about how to implement supports and accommodations consistently and effectively. My lived experience with both acquired neuro-divergence and teaching make me a relatable and uniquely knowledgeable facilitator for big conversations.
